Information

Shawn Elizey is located at Old Tilwara Road, near Gyan Ganga College, Jabalpur. It's approximately 40 minutes from the Jabalpur airport and 30 minutes minutes from the Jabalpur Railway Station. You can use ride-sharing services, taxis, or contact us for transportation. A detailed map and directions will be sent to all guests, same can be found on the home page. Getting There:
By Air:
- Closest Airport : Jabalpur Airport (22km from Venue)
- Other Nearby Airports: Nagpur Airport and Bhopal Airport (Reach Jabalpur by Train from here)
By Train:
- Closest Railway Station: Jabalpur Railway Station (15 km from Venue)
- Other Nearby Railway Station: Katni Mundwara

Auto-rickshaws and cabs are easy to find. For convenience.We recommend booking an Ola/Uber or using local taxis. For group transport, we’ll also be providing shuttles for major events—RSVP and contact us for details.

Please submit your RSVP by June 1st, 2025. This will help us finalize arrangements for accommodation, transportation, and catering. If you need more time or have special circumstances, please contact us directly.

Jabalpur in July is usually unpredictable, it's the onset of monsoon and end of summer. We recommend packing comfortable clothes, sunscreen, and raincoats. The wedding in indoors, so once you are at the venue there's nothing to worry about.

Dress to impress, but also to dance. Feel free to coordinate with our color palette. Some events have a suggested dress code and color palette:
- Haldi: Comfortable traditional attire (color palette: Yellow)
- Sangeet: Festive Indo-Western (color palette: dark-neutral)
- Phere: Traditional Indian (color palette: None, think regal)
- Reception: Indo-western fusion/ Cocktail (color palette: None)

Jabalpur has some awesome spots to explore! If you're making a weekend of it (and we hope you do), check out:
* Bhedaghat & Dhuandhar Falls: Gorgeous marble rocks and a stunning waterfall. Don't miss the boat ride through the marble gorge!
* Madan Mahal Fort: An old fort with a great view of the city-perfect for history buffs and photo ops.
* Balancing Rock: A cool geological wonder that's literally a big rock balancing on another. Great for a quick stop!
* Chausath Yogini Temple: A peaceful hilltop temple with ancient vibes and panoramic views.
* Bargi Dam: Perfect for a chilled-out evening. You can even take a boat ride on the reservoir.
* Kachnar City Shiva Statue: A massive statue of Lord Shiva, especially beautiful at night when it's lit up.

Try chaat at Civic Centre or grab some local sweets and snacks from city favorites like Kalchuri Sweets or Indian Coffee House. Need more recs? We’re happy to help!
